Wilton ADU

Empire Builders recently completed an impressive ADU project in Wilton that we are excited to share with you. This particular project involved the construction of a tiny house on wheels, known as The Evergreen. Spanning over a period of approximately four months, our team meticulously built this stunning structure on a 20-foot trailer, resulting in a total square footage of around 200, including a cozy sleeping loft. The Evergreen was successfully sold and delivered to a satisfied client near Seattle, Washington State in July 2019.
